Keeping it Light

Bethany scooted herself off of her blanket onto the carpet. She is trying to crawl, but hasn't quite figured it out yet!

Marcus and I watched in amazement as Bethany moved herself all over the place tonight. She wasn't content staying on her blanket and decided that she wanted to get a better look at the cats. She has been watching Caramel and Wilford with great interest lately and tonight she decided she wanted to try to talk to them. Caramel paid a little attention to her, but quickly got over it. Bethany is certainly fascinated by both of them.

After Bethany went to sleep, I put this together for a friend's baby shower:

Marcus recreated this design from inspiration we found on Etsy. Since we are not selling these banners and make them as gifts, we figure it is okay! He creates the cardstock layers with a little help from me and then I do the cutting, foam stickering, hole punching, and ribboning. The entire banner reads, "It's a Boy!" and I'm thrilled with the way it came out. This is our second completed banner and I'm excited to create even more in the future.
