March was a really good month for us. We were able to secure a house contract on a lovely four bedroom home that's only ten years old! We really love the home and can't wait to move in . . . we're closing in May . . . so, moving-in isn't too far away! I want to post pictures now, but Marcus is wisely making me wait until after closing. Don't worry, I'll be sure to post lots of them when we close!
Currently, I'm on spring break and the time off has been wonderful and relaxing. I've been able to read, spend time with family and friends, catch up around the house, and rest. I'm definitely enjoying the time off from work!
One week from Easter Sunday, my family will be going on a Disney Cruise. It will be the first time in a very long time that my entire family has taken a vacation together. Honestly, I don't know that I remember going on a vacation with both of my parents as a child, so I am really looking forward to it. (Although, I only have one week to find a bathing suit that will look good on my preggy self . . .wish me luck! I definitely won't be wearing any of my honeymoon cruise bikinis! Sorry, Babes!)
In other not-so-eventful news, I can't say that I've never gotten "sick" during my pregnancy. As soon as Marcus and I got home this afternoon, I ended up getting sick in our front lawn. Disgusting, I know. I was already nauseous in the car and Marcus had asked several times if he should pull over, but I thought I was fine. Well, I was wrong. It's funny to me that I'm experiencing it now, since most experience sickness in their first trimester. I'm hoping it doesn't happen often! Aside from today, I've felt mostly great!
(Oh, and for those that follow this blog . . . it is currently under construction . . . Marcus is working on a new design which will be applied soon!)
