It’s the end of our first full week - what a blast! We are seeing just how awesome God is! He is perfect and has brought us to His perfect situation for us. He is using our strengths and talents to meet the needs of the CO team here in Khon Kaen. We have a weekly schedule now, and feel like we’re starting to get into a routine. There’s so much to tell you guys!! Friday was a great day! We met Brian and John and all the Campus Outreach (CO) families and staff!! It was SO nice to speak English with people! We met Brian first, and he drove us to the new church. They are still working on the gym/sanctuary part of the church, but have completed the classroom/office part of the church.

Saawaatdee from Khon Kaen!
It was a long trip (over 30 hours of total travel time) but we have prevailed! San Fransico and Tokyo were neat to experience, even though we couldn’t leave the airport. We arrived in Bangkok last night at 11pm Thailand time (Noon states time). We found out it is actually 11 hours ahead here, not 12 (probably due to daylight savings time).

We are officially one week from leaving! We’ve begun the task of packing, which is a lot harder than I originally thought it would be. We have four bags between the two of us that we can check - 50 pounds each bag. This may seem like a lot of poundage to bring, but it adds up quick! Between presents for the family and a little bit of clothing, we already have two of the four bags packed!

We’ll be leaving in a little over two weeks and today we are having a last-ditch garage sale. Sales are slow but the Florida heat is relentless. We are burning up! It’s good preparation for Thailand! 
We just got received our visa and passport yesterday and are officially set to leave! It’s very exciting!
